On October 22, 2024, a coordination meeting was held as part of the EdAccession Education System Change with EU-Accession project. The meeting served as a crucial platform for assessing the project's progress and refining its future direction. The project coordinator from Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg (TU BAF) presented the current results of the project's implementation, highlighting key achievements and outlining the next steps.

The event brought together coordinators from Ukraine, Moldova, Germany, and Finland, underscoring the project's broad international scope and the commitment of all partners to enhancing cooperation in higher education. This collaboration is especially significant as Ukraine and Moldova continue to align their education systems with EU standards in preparation for future EU accession.

During the meeting, participants engaged in an in-depth discussion about the strategic direction of the project and agreed on the following key actions:

  • Registration of students on the Teams platform to facilitate communication and access to project-related materials.
  • Enrollment of students in the course "Business Ethics in the Transformation towards Circular Economy", with a deadline set for October 31, 2024. This course is designed to provide students with essential insights into ethical business practices and sustainability principles within the context of the circular economy.
  • Organization of the "Open Dialogue" workshop in November 2024, bringing together students from Germany, Finland, Moldova, and Ukraine. This interactive session aims to foster intercultural exchange, explore students' expectations and concerns regarding EU accession, and develop strategies for future cooperation.
  • Planning a dedicated meeting for the "English course", which will support students in strengthening their academic and professional language skills, ensuring they are well-prepared for international collaboration and mobility opportunities.

The EdAccession project continues to evolve dynamically, actively engaging students from various countries in collaborative learning, knowledge exchange, and professional development. Through its interdisciplinary approach, the project not only enhances academic cooperation but also helps students and educators navigate the challenges of integrating into the European Higher Education Area (EHEA)

As the project progresses, it remains committed to fostering strong academic partnerships and equipping students with the skills and competencies necessary for a successful transition into a European academic and professional environment.                                                                                       coordination_meeting_october копия.png
